1. Introduction
Welcome to COQUUS. These Terms of Service govern your use of the COQUUS website and platform.
COQUUS operates an online marketplace that connects customers with independent private chefs. By using the platform, you agree to these Terms.
If you do not agree, you must not use the platform.
2. Platform Role
COQUUS provides a technology platform that enables customers to discover and book independent chefs.
COQUUS does not employ chefs and does not provide cooking or catering services. All services are provided by independent chefs.
3. User Accounts
Users may create an account to access certain features.
Users agree to:
- Provide accurate information
- Maintain account security
- Accept responsibility for activity under their account
COQUUS may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
4. Bookings
Bookings are made through the platform and are subject to chef availability.
Unless otherwise specified:
- Minimum booking duration is 2 hours
- Bookings must be made at least 2 hours in advance
5. Payments
Payments are processed through the COQUUS platform using third-party payment providers.
- Customers are charged at the time of booking
- COQUUS collects payment on behalf of chefs
- Chefs are paid after successful completion of the service
Platform fees may apply.
6. User Conduct
Users agree to behave respectfully and comply with applicable laws and regulations.
COQUUS may remove users who engage in harassment, fraud, or illegal activity.
7. Liability
COQUUS acts solely as a platform connecting customers and chefs.
COQUUS is not responsible for:
- Food safety issues
- Allergic reactions
- Injuries or damages during services
- Disputes between users
8. Modifications
COQUUS may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
